This free online course presents a very deep dive into how to be a better learner. It does a good job explaining different modes of thinking and how they impact learning, it gives tips for overcoming procrastination, and how to chunk information so your mind can more easily access it. This course gets a bit wonky at times, but you can skip those sections. If you want to invest a few hours and prefer someone explain learning to you, this course is worth your time.
